Eligibility for Return / Exchange
A return or exchange request must meet all of the following conditions:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, serial numbers, and barcodes must be intact and match our records
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
- Returns must be initiated from the same customer account used to place the order
- The product must be free from odour (perfume, sweat, smoke, etc.), stains, dents, scratches, tears, or physical damage
- Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
- Panties (all styles)
- Sets that include panties
- Intimate accessories
Bras and cycling shorts may be eligible for return or exchange only if all eligibility criteria above are met.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- The product has been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing or damaged
- The product shows signs of use, odour, or physical damage
- The item was purchased during a sale, clearance, or at a discounted price (unless defective)
- The product is a panty, panty set, or intimate accessory (hygiene policy)
Return / Exchange Process
Initiate Your Request
Within 7 days of delivery, email us at support@voommn.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9930766695 with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Product(s) to be returned or exchanged
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos of the product and packaging
Approval & Pickup Instructions
Our customer care team will review your request within 2 business days. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for return shipment or pickup scheduling.
Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection upon receipt. We will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Refund or Exchange Processed
Once the quality check is passed, your refund or exchange will be processed as per the timelines below.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched
- To cancel, email support@voommn.com immediately with your Order ID
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the standard return process applies
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Defective or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
In such cases, VOOMMN will arrange a free return pickup and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
